As far back as I can remember, I have always loved a good story. Whether in animated TV shows, games, or a simple book, a well-made story drew my attention better than anything else. I always wanted to see more of those worlds and characters I loved so much, but never would.

Eventually, I realized instead of waiting for a new story with better representation, more action, and more creativity, what if I just made it myself? As a character and environment artist, I create what other nerdy little kids of color would want to see— representation in every sense, creative risk, and stories about real problems, no matter how out of this world they are.
